This collection of pixel experiments which I made in photoshop were made just to see if this was the direction which I wanted to go. Even though this was written down in my project proposal, I know that this is something that I need to move away from. I have explored this process in my last project and feel that this isn't as effective. The images within my last project were framed close up which allowed more information of that specific space to be captured. This then gave the pixilation process for colours and patterns to be made whereas these images look empty and makes you feel lost when looking at them. It removes anything which you could relate to.
To progress further with my project I am going to experiment with overlaying text onto my images which is inspired by Hamish Fulton.
