The following collection on images were taken whilst I was out trying to find places where I could make new photographs. I had decided to take half of the day I would usually spend at University to travel around with some fellow students to try and find some new inspiration. I chose to do this because after I had a tutorial with a tutor I confessed that I had lost interest in taking photos on the Highstreets of South Yorkshire.
Dearne Valley Country Park
This was the first place that I had visited and was treated as a warm up. I used the time spent here exploring my camera settings and walking around searching for areas that caught my interest.
Worsbrough Country Park
This collection of images were made at the Worsbrough Country Park. This was where I started to gain confidence in what I was photographing. I was searching for lines and patterns within the landscape as a way to create abstract imagery.

Langsett Reservoir
This collection of images were made at the Langett Reservoir. I had wanted to try and experiment with reflections on water to create abstract imagery. This sessions was my weakest because I didn't have a real reason to make these photographs. They are pretty and nice to look at but have no underlying reason or theme behind them.
